This series is finally reaching the lofty heights that it has always hinted at and I can’t wait to start The Tower of the Swallow straight away.

Sometimes I felt I was reading a lighthearted comedy about friends traveling from one place to the other. A ragtag bunch of sapkoqski become a family of sorts, which is what I love to see. The characters involved sapkoski all deep and interesting, but they spend most of the novel aimlessly wandering about or conversing.
Milva the forest dwelling archer and Regis a barber-surgeon are two of the finest even though those descriptions chrzesr nothing away regarding what to expect from them in this narrative. I cannot say that is was his ogniw personality as he was either brooding, or big jerk all the time.
